Engaging Students through the SUPER FORMULA Partnership Program

In a remarkable initiative aimed at inspiring the next generation of automotive enthusiasts, SUPER FORMULA, in collaboration with Japan Race Promotion (JRP) and Fujin High School in Numazu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, is set to host an educational event on October 10, 2025. This event will coincide with the practice sessions of the 2025 All-Japan SUPER FORMULA Championship's Rounds 9 and 10 at Fuji Speedway in Oyama City, Shizuoka Prefecture.

Event Details

The event will welcome 42 first-year students from the automotive engineering department of Fujin High School, offering them an invaluable opportunity to learn about the motorsport industry. During the day, attendees will experience:

• - 09:30-10:00: An orientation session introducing SUPER FORMULA.
• - 10:00-11:00: A guided tour of the circuit facilities.
• - 11:00-12:00: Observation of the first practice session (FP1).
• - 12:00-13:00: Lunch break and relaxation.
• - 13:00-14:20: Visits to team pits, the tire garage, and a Q&A session.
• - 14:20-15:30: Observation of the second practice session (FP2) and a group photo opportunity.

The Partnership

The collaboration stems from a partnership agreement established between SUPER FORMULA and Shizuoka Prefecture in July 2025, aimed at promoting motorsports and revitalizing the local community. This partnership has facilitated various educational activities that emphasize the importance of motorsport as a tool for community engagement and growth. JRP has been actively enhancing relationships with local municipalities, as it aims to foster motorsport that resonates with local fans and communities across five major circuits in Japan.

This initiative also highlights JRP's commitment to strengthening ties with local areas and teams, having concluded partnerships with multiple cities, including Suzuka City (Suzuka Circuit), Oita City (Autopolis), and Miyagi Prefecture (Sportsland SUGO).
