Before joining It's a 10, Guastella served as Senior Marketing Director for Brand and Social Media at IGK Hair, where she played a pivotal role in transforming the brand’s overall marketing strategy. Her leadership led to a remarkable surge in organic traffic and enhanced social engagement metrics. Previously, she held influential positions with notable brands such as Fashion Nova, Wella/Coty, and L'Oréal, focusing on data-driven marketing strategies and building high-performing influencer communities.
