This cutting-edge facility spans 182,000 square feet and is designed to reshape the agrochemical supply chain across North America. The Champaign Partner Production Center features six fully-automated production lines adept at managing a variety of bulk, tote, and case packaging options for selective and non-selective herbicides. Equipped with 22 docks to facilitate high-volume logistics, the site has also been designated as a Free Trade Zone (FTZ), streamlining the shipping and receiving processes, which enhances both import and export operations.

At the core of the facility lies an advanced formulation unit, which is designed to produce various formulations such as suspension concentrate (SC), emulsifiable concentrate (EC), and ester formulations. This expansion of capabilities is essential for meeting the diverse technical requirements of Rainbow's brand partners. Further enhancements are slated for phase two of the facility, projected to launch next year.

In terms of quality assurance, the production team of Rainbow technologists meticulously oversees each batch through an integrated production process, ensuring top-notch quality from process management to fulfillment.
