Kentaro Shintani, Product Unit Head at Tsukuru AI Inc.

With a significant role in driving product strategy by utilizing diverse technologies such as Digital Twin, GIS, spatial geometry, LLM, optimization, and BIM, Kentaro Shintani is at the forefront of integrating AI into the comprehensive digital transformation of real estate development. His leadership aims to create a digital industry infrastructure uniting real estate, architecture, and finance. He is a recipient of the Grand Prize at the 2024 Plateau Award and gained recognition with the Legal Data Utilization Award in the 2025 Digital Agency Hackathon. Kentaro holds a Ph.D. in Informatics from Kyoto University.
