In September, TAC is excited to announce a series of free online consultations specifically designed for those aspiring to enter the fields of public service psychology and welfare. This initiative allows prospective candidates to resolve any questions or uncertainties they might have about the public service examination and study process.
What Can You Expect from the Online Consultation?
These consultations are a golden opportunity to engage directly with experienced instructors from TAC. Participants are encouraged to express any doubts or concerns regarding their studies, such as:
- - How can I manage my study schedule alongside my job or school commitments?
- - What pace should I adopt for my studies to prepare effectively?
- - How many hours of study will be required to achieve success?
- - What courses and media options does TAC offer for aspiring public workers?
Every query, no matter how small, is welcome during these sessions. Our trained faculty will guide you through crafting a personalized study plan tailored to meet your needs, helping pave the way towards successful public service examination results.
Consultation Dates:
The online consultation sessions are scheduled for the following dates:
- - September 3rd (Wednesday) from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM
- - September 10th (Wednesday) from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM

It's important to note that there is no obligation to enroll after participating in the consultation, allowing you to engage with peace of mind. However, spots are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Each consultation lasts approximately 30 minutes per individual, so be sure to reserve your appointment in advance!
Meet Your Instructor:
The consultations will be led by Teru Yamaguchi, who brings a wealth of experience in public policy studies. While attending university, Teru contributed to a seminar known for producing numerous successful public service exam candidates. His research included a group project on the community-based care system. After advancing to graduate studies, he concentrated on social and welfare policy research, and also provided guidance in thesis writing for both local and international students. Teru has a particular interest in analyzing how public voices are integrated into administrative measures through national public comment systems. Currently, he primarily teaches policy writing and interview preparation courses for the psychology and welfare programs, alongside conducting special seminars and counseling sessions.
