June 14, 2025, the Tokyo Hamamatsucho area will transform into a hub of possibilities specifically designed for those with disabilities.
Event Overview
The SMILE Fair will provide an excellent platform for new graduates from
2026 and 2027, as well as young professionals considering a change in careers. This event, supported by the
Asahi Shimbun Media Business Division, will feature over
20 companies that champion inclusive hiring practices, offering a unique chance for one-on-one interactions with recruitment representatives. Attendees can expect to learn not just about job openings but also receive insights into workplace accommodations for individuals with disabilities.

- - Date: June 14, 2025 (Saturday)
- - Consultation and Interviews: 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Check-in starts at 11:30 AM, last entry at 4:00 PM)
- - Lecture for New Graduates: Starts at 11:00 AM (Check-in at 10:30 AM, for students only)

For Train Travelers:
- - From JR Hamamatsucho Station, North Exit, it's just a 5-minute walk.

Who Should Attend?
The event welcomes individuals who are new graduates (2026/2027), second-career seekers, or mid-career professionals with a disability certificate or those in the application process.
Required Documents: Please bring an entry sheet (mandatory), and while not mandatory, it’s advised to have your resume and work history. Download the entry sheet from the

Event Highlights
- - Free Admission: Enjoy unrestricted entry and exit, with no dress code!
- - Support Staff Available: Sign language interpreters, note-takers, and nurses will be present.
- - Special Lecture for New Graduates: A limited reservation-only interview preparation seminar focusing on disability awareness and accommodation consultations, hosted by Mynavi Partners.
- - Career Counseling: Get invaluable advice from career consultants for both fresh graduates and experienced job seekers. Also, social insurance and disability benefit consultations will be available for free.
- - Rewards for Participation: Participants who pre-register and visit at least one booth will receive a 500 yen QUO card after 1:15 PM on the event day! Moreover, visiting three or more booths will unlock special prizes!
We highly encourage pre-registration for the event, but walk-ins are welcome!
