Exploring the Future of Purpose-Driven Organizations with Kunihide Saso

Exploring the Future of Purpose-Driven Organizations

In today’s rapidly changing business environment, the significance of a corporate philosophy or purpose is higher than ever. The evolution of the workforce and shifts in employee values emphasize the importance of understanding why individuals choose to work for a company and what future they are striving toward. This sense of existence is now a crucial element in corporate management and human resource management. However, many organizations still struggle with the challenge of embedding their declared philosophies into actual practices. Companies often find themselves grappling with the issue of having established a philosophy that fails to permeate the organizational culture or a purpose that does not inform daily decision-making and behavior.

To address these issues, NEWONE Inc. is excited to announce an online seminar featuring Kunihide Saso, renowned author of "Philosophy Management 2.0" and a strategic designer at BIOTOPE. The seminar aims to explore real-world applications of corporate philosophy and purpose, offering insights into how organizations can leverage these concepts to foster engagement and drive organizational development.
