Animo Plus Corporation Joins the Movement for an Inclusive Society in Tokyo

Animo Plus Corporation Takes a Stand for Inclusion

Animo Plus Corporation, based in Chuo Ward, Osaka, has recently been announced as one of the companies participating in Tokyo's initiative titled "Companies and Organizations Supporting the Philosophy of an Inclusive Society." This program aims to foster a living environment where both individuals with disabilities and those without can respect and support each other. As part of this initiative, the Tokyo government officially recognizes companies and groups actively engaged in fostering understanding and support for individuals with disabilities.

In total, 22 companies and organizations have been acknowledged for their commitment to this cause, and Animo Plus is honored to be among them.

Our Commitment to Inclusion

The efforts made by Animo Plus to contribute to an inclusive society encompass various initiatives:

  • - Support Programs for Children with Disabilities: We operate initiatives that provide necessary support tailored to children facing challenges, ensuring they have access to resources and help.
  • - Employment Support for Parents: Recognizing the unique struggles faced by parents raising children with disabilities, we provide employment assistance to help them achieve professional fulfillment.
  • - Fostering Inclusive Environments in Education and Therapy: We strive to create inclusive settings in childcare and therapeutic environments, allowing both disabled and non-disabled children to thrive together.
  • - Diverse Working Practices: Animo Plus promotes a work culture that embraces diverse ways of working to accommodate the needs of all employees.

By participating in this initiative, Animo Plus reaffirms its commitment to realizing a society where everyone can thrive as their true selves. Looking ahead, we are determined to enhance our outreach and services to further this aim.

The Future of the Initiative

The symbol design representing the "Companies and Organizations Supporting the Philosophy of an Inclusive Society" was selected by the Tokyo government, and it will be utilized widely in promotional materials going forward. Animo Plus plans to integrate this symbol into its own initiatives to raise awareness and drive further action towards an inclusive society.
