During the recent RE+ 2025 event, which ran from September 8 to 11, Desay Battery impressed attendees with its full portfolio of safety-focused innovations. As a global provider of comprehensive energy storage solutions, the company highlighted a strategic partnership with Shenzhen Hello Tech Energy, showcasing the commitment to advancing energy technology.

At the heart of their showcase was a patented technology focused on battery cells and systems designed with active safety measures. Desay Battery's cutting-edge system, which integrates advanced temperature and pressure sensors within battery architectures supported by AI, aims to address some of the most pressing challenges in battery safety. With a robust foundation based on extensive experimental data and correlation analysis, the system enables real-time monitoring throughout the entire lifecycle of the battery. This ensures early detection of risks such as overcharging, short circuits, or lithium deposition, allowing for proactive protections to be enacted swiftly.

Additionally, a newly developed corrosion-resistant sensor was unveiled to ensure accurate data collection in harsh conditions, measuring critical variables such as voltage, internal temperature, and pressure. These form a “data triangle” used by Desay Battery's next-generation Battery Management System (BMS), which optimizes cooling, enhances charging cycles, and prolongs system longevity, all while boosting efficiency.

Beyond this AI-based platform, Desay Battery introduced an extensive range of lithium and sodium batteries, modules, and packages. This included lithium cells boasting capacities of 100 Ah, 280 Ah, and 314 Ah, alongside sodium cells rated at 60 Ah, modular battery systems, and storage cabinets with integrated energy storage ranging from 215 kWh to 344 kWh. Their large-scale solutions, like containerized liquid-cooled systems rated at 5 MWh, along with critical infrastructure offerings such as UPS cabinets and residential energy storage solutions, further emphasized the breadth of their product line.

One of the standout themes at the event was addressing the energy demands of data centers by integrating photovoltaic generation with advanced energy storage systems. This innovative approach not only reduces average costs to approximately 0.25 yuan/kWh but can also yield savings of up to 79% during peak hours.

Desay Battery also reaffirmed its ability to create tailor-made solutions for energy storage. This has led to multiple recognitions, including being listed by Bloomberg as a level 1 energy storage supplier and earning solid endorsements from industry partners. Their recently announced collaboration with Shenzhen Hello Tech Energy, a leader in portable energy storage solutions and pioneer in mobile home storage, reflects a collaborative ethos. Together, they plan to leverage complementary strengths in technology, supply chains, and market channels to drive new growth opportunities and deliver competitive solutions on global markets.
