This event marks the celebration of Battan's debut art book titled "Set Your Heart on Fire!! Battan Illustration + Comic Collection". The book, which will officially be released on October 24, 2025, showcases Battan's unique artistic style and impressive range of work.

Battan, who has gained immense popularity for her beloved manga series, including adaptations such as "Kemutai Sister and the Cunning Younger Sister" (Kodansha) and "Sister’s Friend," and "Blink" (both from Leidsha), has solidified her position as a major figure in contemporary manga. In addition to her outstanding comic work, Battan actively participates in various artistic endeavors, such as book cover designs and exhibitions.

At the upcoming signing event at Aoyama Book Center, fans will have the opportunity to meet Battan in person, get their copies of her new art book signed, and engage with her artistic journey. Each attendee will receive one signed copy of "Set Your Heart on Fire!!" during the event but will be limited to a single signing per person to ensure a smooth experience for all.

"Set Your Heart on Fire!! Battan Illustration + Comic Collection" is a stunning B5-sized, all-color book with 160 pages of original illustrations, including a special 24-page comic titled "Kinbae" (金蝿). Battan's friend, writer pha, features in a special dialogue, providing unique insights into Battan's creative process and experiences.

The book also includes various works from her past exhibitions, including pieces from "Kinbae," "Munich," and "Set Your Heart on Fire." Collections of her published works, such as covers and illustrations from popular titles, help narrate her growth and evolution as a manga artist.
