NC Corporation has unveiled its latest update for the MMORPG "Lineage W," titled "CHARISMA," which was launched after maintenance on May 20, 2026. This extensive update introduces a host of thrilling new features, including a brand new signature class named the "Blood Mage" and a reimagined arena dungeon known as "Heritage Aden World," which recreates iconic hunting grounds from the original "Lineage."

New Signature Class: Blood Mage

One of the most exciting elements of this update is the introduction of the Blood Mage, a powerful magic user capable of controlling the battlefield with a combination of damage over time and debuffs. This class is designed to decrease damage received by a certain percentage, gain immunity for a period of time, and recover health continuously. The Blood Mage unleashes devastating and sustained damage proportional to its magical attack abilities. Notably, players can summon unique minions, such as the "Blood Golem" and the "Blood Cougar," by using its skills.

To celebrate the launch of the Blood Mage, NC Corporation is hosting a class change event. From May 20 to June 4, 2026, players can engage in a class change to the Blood Mage, allowing them to experience the new gameplay style firsthand.

Heritage Aden World: Recreated Arena Dungeon

In addition to the Blood Mage, the update includes the arrival of Heritage Aden World, a new arena dungeon faithfully recreating the original hunting areas from the classic game. This dungeon features beloved locations such as the Talking Island and the Orc Elf Forest, with specific hunting grounds available for exploration every Wednesday through Sunday for one hour. Boss monsters like Karts and Baphomet will appear every Sunday at 9 PM, followed by an Orc Clan Leader battle at 9:30 PM, providing players with opportunities to earn valuable rewards.

Within Heritage Aden World, adventurers can collect "Heritage Adena," a currency used to craft various items, ranging from common to legendary gear, such as the "Heritage Karts Sword," "Heritage Sayha Bow," and "Heritage Baphomet Staff."
