Among the highlights was the Horus640-EN, equipped with a cutting-edge 8µm pixel infrared detector and Raytron’s proprietary image processing chip. This advancement sets a new industry standard, as smaller pixels allow for the production of lighter and more energy-efficient thermal cameras without compromising on imaging performance.

Moreover, the introduction of the Horus1280 infrared camera, boasting a high-definition resolution of 1280 x 720, further enhances detection capabilities. It excels in challenging conditions such as complete darkness, glare from headlights, and fog, allowing for a longer detection range and more precise object recognition.

Raytron is not only focused on OEM integrations but is also keen on making infrared detection accessible to the general public. Their CV301W Smart Infrared Night Vision System, designed for aftermarket passenger vehicles, features a 12µm thermal detector and integrated AI algorithms for accurate pedestrian and vehicle recognition. With its easy installation and Wi-Fi connectivity, this system empowers everyday drivers to navigate night driving more safely.

Additionally, Raytron is expanding infrared detection applications into the vehicle cockpit with their infrared temperature detection solution. This technology promises a smarter and more responsive experience for occupants by enabling intelligent climate control and interaction within the vehicle interior.
