Experience the Spring Flavors with GIN NO MORI's New Petit Bois Cookie Box

As spring blooms, GIN NO MORI, a renowned patisserie based in Ena City, Gifu Prefecture, is excited to announce the launch of their limited edition cookie boxes, Petit Bois for the 2026 season. Starting from March 15, these delightful treats will be available in the company's various locations across Japan, excluding the Gransta Tokyo store. This year sees the introduction of a mini-size version, allowing customers to choose from a wider variety of options perfect for any occasion.

The Petit Bois series, which translates to 'Little Woods' in French, is a celebration of the forest's bounty, showcasing an assortment of baked goods capturing the essence of spring's freshness and colorful aromas. They are designed not just for gifting—ideal for new year greetings or spring celebrations—but also as a delightful pick-me-up during your tea time. Enjoying these seasonal flavors is a must, and GIN NO MORI ensures they are beautifully packaged to highlight their uniqueness.

The Petit Bois 150 Spring

The Petit Bois 150 Spring features a vibrant assortment of cookies, including a yellow flower-shaped sablé made with chrysanthemum and honey, embodying the warmth of spring sunlight. This collection captures the essence of the spring forest, presenting 12 different baked delights that include ingredients such as strawberries, sansho pepper, and yomogi, all beautifully packaged in an aurora-colored can. A standout item from this collection is the Kuromoji Gran, which combines fragrant black wood powder with the ever-popular acorn cookie. This creation not only preserves the cookie's tender texture but also fills your palate with the enchanting aroma of the forest in each bite.

The Petit Bois 150 Spring cookie box, priced at ¥4,320 (tax included) and measuring 150x150x45 mm, boasts a shelf life of 45 days from the manufacturing date, and will be available for purchase until May 29, 2026. However, there will be no sales between April 25 and May 15. As a limited edition item, customers are encouraged to act fast before they’re gone.

The Petit Bois 120 Spring

Alongside the larger box, GIN NO MORI introduces the Petit Bois 120 Spring, a mini-size version perfect for those seeking a more compact option. This charming cookie box features seven varieties of cookies celebrating spring's colors and fragrances, skillfully packed into a palm-sized can that evokes the scene of a budding spring forest with its light cherry blossom color. This edition offers the same special seasonal experience while being an ideal choice for gifts, small treats, or a little self-celebration.

The Petit Bois 120 Spring is priced at ¥2,376 (tax included), sized at 120x120x43 mm, and shares the same 45-day shelf life from production, available until May 29, 2026 (with the same sales pause mentioned above).
