Exciting Partnership Unveiled at Fan Appreciation Weekend
The Arbella at Bramble Hill recently teamed up with the Worcester Railers Hockey Club to host an exciting Fan Appreciation Weekend on April 5th and 6th. This event was designed to connect fans, families, and community organizations, demonstrating The Arbella's commitment to the Worcester area while highlighting a new standard in active adult living for those aged 55 and above.
Alexandra Rizzo, the Field Marketing Manager for The Arbella, expressed pride in this partnership stating, “The Arbella at Bramble Hill is honored to join forces with the Worcester Railers. This partnership reflects our deep commitment to the Worcester community, as we proudly call this city home.”
The weekend was filled with engaging activities including giveaways, jersey auctions, and autograph signings, making it a memorable occasion for hockey enthusiasts and community members alike. Visitors were treated to a showcase of the vibrant atmosphere that The Arbella at Bramble Hill aims to create in its forthcoming 55+ active adult community.
Developed by the United Group of Companies, this premier community will feature 123 thoughtfully designed one- and two-bedroom apartments across three elevator-serviced buildings. The plans for the design include an impressive 8,500-square-foot clubhouse filled with amenities such as a golf simulator, yoga studio, multimedia theater, and an indoor pool featuring a sauna. Outdoor facilities will include pickleball courts, walking trails, an outdoor kitchen, and a community garden, promising a dynamic living experience that sets a new benchmark in the region.
Michael Uccellini, President and CEO of United Group, stated, “Worcester adults should be excited for this newer type of living experience. The Arbella at Bramble Hill will offer an unparalleled living experience for all future residents, rooted in building community and lasting memories.”
Participants at the Fan Appreciation Weekend received a glimpse into the award-winning lifestyle programming that future residents can expect. The Arbella will implement United Group's trademarked SUN® Program, a signature offering featuring curated local outings and in-house activities that focus on connection, learning, and wellness.
Rizzo added, “Community is at the heart of everything we do at The Arbella, and events like this help us to bring everyone together.” The event also extended the spirit of appreciation to various organizations such as the Boys and Girls Club of Worcester, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Mass MetroWest, and the Holden Senior Center, among others.
“We were thrilled to send eight matches to the Worcester Railers on behalf of United Group,” stated Lindsay McCarthy, Vice President of Development at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Mass MetroWest. “Providing experiences like this helps our Bigs and Littles strengthen their relationships and create lasting memories.”
This partnership not only reinforces the commitment to community collaboration but also invites the local population to envisage a brighter and more connective lifestyle option in Worcester's West Side.
