The Japan-based music label, LD&K, established in the bustling city of Shibuya, Tokyo, continues its impressive growth in the live house sector. The company recently revealed plans to open a new live venue called "Tengen Shangri-La" in Fukuoka, scheduled for November 2026. This marks the third new opening this summer, following the announcement of the largest live house in Oita, named "OITA PORT HALL," and the planned relocation of the "1000CLUB" in Yokohama.

The upcoming "Tengen Shangri-La" will be part of a series of venues under the Shangri-La brand, joining already successful establishments in Osaka, Tokyo, and Nagoya. With a capacity of 360 standing attendees, the venue promises a high stage for optimal viewing and a spacious merchandise lobby, making it an enticing destination for music lovers.

LD&K's Expanding Influence

Already known for creating vibrant music experiences, LD&K has made headlines recently with its rapid expansion. The addition of Fukuoka's "Tengen Shangri-La" will be the company's 14th live house location, further solidifying its foothold in Japan's dynamic live music landscape. Prior to this, the company launched the "PORT HALL" in Oita, which has quickly become a focal point for local artists and fans alike.

The opening of Tengen Shangri-La will be LD&K’s second venue in Fukuoka, situated strategically near the existing "Himitsu" live house, enhancing the local scene with diverse options for performances.

In a YouTube program titled "REAL VALUE" aired in February this year, LD&K's representative, Hidemasa Otani, discussed the company's future in the live house industry. The program rapidly gained traction, amassing nearly 960,000 views in just six months, indicating a growing interest in live music venues.
