Founded to offer an alternative for students seeking flexibility in their learning experience, the academy operates out of the Detroit Lions Academy located at 2001 W. Warren Avenue.

From 5:30 to 7:30 PM, families, prospective students, and community members are invited to attend. The evening promises not only light refreshments but also engaging family-friendly activities. To make the occasion even more exciting, attendees will have the opportunity to enter a drawing for a $250 Amazon gift card. Principal Shannon Van Lente encourages community involvement, stating, "Bring the whole family! We’ll have snacks, coloring sheets for little ones, and plenty of time to talk with our staff about how we support students who are looking for a different path to graduation."
