Suits Inc. Calls for Free Trial Participants of Suits Up!

Suits Inc., located in Chiyoda, Tokyo, is launching an initiative to recruit small business owners with a history of 10 to 20 years to participate in a free trial of their innovative task and project management tool, Suits Up. The demand for efficient and effective task management solutions is growing, particularly for small businesses that are often resource-constrained but require robust systems to support their teams. Designed with simplicity in mind, Suits Up aims to enable users to manage their projects seamlessly and intuitively.

Free Trial Details

From September 26, 2025, to October 3, 2025, Suits Inc. will accept applications from small business owners interested in utilizing the features of Suits Up. Out of these applicants, three businesses will be selected to serve as free trial monitors. To qualify, the project manager within the chosen companies must actively use Suits Up for project management. In return for their participation, these businesses will receive complimentary usage for the month of December 2025, regardless of the number of users registered in their workspace.

Throughout the trial, feedback regarding the usability and additional features of Suits Up will be collected via email and chat tools, along with bi-monthly online meetings lasting approximately 30 minutes. This engagement will provide invaluable insights for the ongoing development of Suits Up, ensuring that it meets the actual needs of small business operations.

The Suits Up Experience

Launched in alpha version in September 2023 and beta version in April 2024, Suits Up is set to officially release in the fall of 2025. The application incorporates functionality that transcends traditional spreadsheet software, allowing users to visualize their operations. With features designed to prevent missed tasks and deadline delays, the tool looks to streamline workflow and improve overall operational efficiency, driving down costs significantly.

The beta version includes capabilities like task templates, deadline notifications, and routine task setups—ensuring that team task management becomes an effortless daily routine. The platform is priced affordably, starting at 1,080 yen (excluding tax) per user for the Standard Plan. To support smaller setups, a Starter Plan is available for companies with less than ten users, offering substantial cost savings. Furthermore, a limited-time promotion eliminates the initial setup fee until September 30, 2025.
