Upcoming Online Seminar on Municipal Digital Transformation
The General Incorporated Association for Municipal DX Promotion (GDX) has officially announced the schedule for the second awareness and current conditions survey of municipal DX for the fiscal year 2025. Set to take place online on
August 21, 2025, the event will focus on sharing vital information on the status and challenges faced by local governments in their digital transformation (DX) journey.
Background of the Seminar
As digital transformation becomes increasingly critical for local governments seeking to enhance citizen services and improve operational efficiency, many municipalities face common challenges, such as a shortage of skilled personnel, budget constraints, and lack of expertise. In response, GDX regularly conducts surveys to evaluate the awareness and current conditions related to DX among local government employees. The findings from the 2025 survey will be presented in an insightful online report.
