Jerry joined McGrory Glass in November 1989 after initially working as a buyer for a glazing company. His journey began when he approached the McGrory family to purchase glass for his projects. Reflecting on his time with the company, Jerry described John and Mary McGrory as a second family, crediting them for creating a supportive environment that allowed him to thrive.

Caitlin Rebechi, a Senior Project Manager, affectionately referred to Jerry as a 'work dad', sharing that his guidance and support made her journey easier and more enjoyable. Similarly, Office Administrator Nancy McKendrick emphasized the special bond she shared with Jerry, stating, “Every day with Jerry is memorable. I’m going to miss him so much.”

Jerry's ability to lighten the mood was noted by Brianna Nastasi, the Director of Architectural Products.
