Meet Kiyotaka Oishi
Kiyotaka Oishi was born in 2002 in Shizuoka and is currently studying at Waseda University. He not only works at THE HISAKA, but he has also been involved in the manufacturing processes at a sake brewery in Akita, providing him with a well-rounded view of both the maker's and the bartender's roles. Winning MSCC 2025, he is passionate about promoting the appeal of various spirits from whiskey to sake and aims to combat the trend of young people drifting away from alcoholic beverages.
