Supporting Cross-Border Experiences
In a significant collaboration with the Japan Patent Office, LoanDeal, a Tokyo-based company represented by Miku Harada, has participated in the Startup Pro Bono matching program named "Stabono." This initiative aims to support startup companies by making use of professional volunteers, offering them opportunities to tackle business challenges while enhancing their personal market value. The program fosters individuals eager to utilize their expertise in new and diverse fields apart from their primary roles.

Leveraging this vast experience, LoanDeal has rolled out an introspective program from December 2024 through March 2025. This initiative is designed to bolster participants' motivation for learning and to help them capitalize on their cross-border experiences effectively within their careers.
