Suits Launches the 42nd Regional Support Campaign in South Kanto for Small and Medium Enterprises

Suits Up 2025 Regional Support Campaign - 42nd Edition

Suits Inc., based in Chiyoda, Tokyo and led by CEO Yusuke Komatsu, is excited to announce the 42nd edition of the "Suits Up 2025 Regional Support Campaign." This initiative targets small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and startups with fewer than 100 employees located in the South Kanto region—specifically Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, and Saitama—offering them a unique discount opportunity.

Overview of the Campaign

From October 21 to October 31, 2025, SMEs and startups can sign up for a 20% discount on the paid plans of the cloud-based project and task management tool, "Suits Up". According to our simulations, a company with 30 employees could face significant costs—around 1.19 million yen a month—due to regular 8-minute check-ins between managers and their teams. This financial burden highlights the critical need for effective task management solutions. Suits Up aims to alleviate this challenge by promoting the visibility of team tasks, thereby improving productivity and reducing operational costs.

Research conducted by Nulab from October 6 to 10, 2023, surveyed companies with fewer than 1,000 employees to identify their current task management practices. The findings revealed that the majority rely primarily on personal task management tools such as emails (31.2%), handwritten notes (30.6%), and business chat applications (14.3%). Meanwhile, only 11.7% of these organizations utilized dedicated task management software.

By implementing team-based task management right now, SMEs can take their first significant step toward enhancing productivity. Hence, we are committed to running the "Suits Up 2025 Regional Support Campaign" to support these essential businesses.
