Jen Sorenson comes with over twenty years of extensive experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. From starting her career as a licensed civil engineer, Sorenson gradually advanced into executive positions, focusing on operational strategy, business development, and leadership. Before joining Woolpert, she held senior roles at notable firms such as AtkinsRéalis, AECOM, and Atlas. Notably, her recent position as Senior Vice President of Infrastructure at Atlas saw her overseeing a business segment that stretched across the western United States, managing over 800 employees while spearheading strategic growth efforts.
