GDX Launches Second Municipal DX Awareness Survey for 2025
The General Association for Municipal DX Promotion, known as GDX, has kicked off the
2025 Second Municipal DX Awareness and Actual Condition Survey. Scheduled from May 7 to May 30, 2025, this survey follows the successful first survey conducted in 2023, aiming to further explore the progress and challenges in digital transformation among local governments across Japan.

Based on the insights from previous surveys, the second survey aims to further refine and enhance the approaches toward municipal DX. Participants can request access to the
Municipal DX 20-Sector Progress Survey tool, which visualizes the digital transformation progress in their local governments compared to national averages and similar-sized municipalities.
