Additionally, the first ever towering 5-meter PomPomPurin balloon will make its debut in the surrounding commercial facilities. Visitors can also enjoy themed pop-up stores, collaborative merchandise, and special events throughout the area leading up to the festival’s climax.

The main events will be concentrated on June 27 and 28 at Pacifico Yokohama. Here, fans can look forward to over 30 characters participating in performances, culminating in the announcement of the results for the 2026 Sanrio Character Awards, a well-loved competition that highlights fans' favorite characters. The venue will transform into a vibrant “Sanrio Character City,” enhancing the experience with colorful decorations and engaging activities.

One of the festival’s standout attractions is the world's first playtest opportunity for Sanrio's new game title, Sanrio Party Land.
