On September 25, the Lecxam Hall, in association with the Gagaku Association, is set to host a mesmerizing evening titled "Kagawa Gagaku: Chusei no Kangen Kabuki." The performance is not only a showcase of Japan’s ancient music but is also timed to coincide with the stunning Full Moon Festival (Chusei no Meigetsu).

The renowned performance group, Reigakusha, known for their extensive work both domestically and internationally, will lead the evening. With nearly 1300 years of history, Gagaku is an intricate and sophisticated art form that can seem intimidating to newcomers. However, this performance is designed to be welcoming for everyone, particularly those unfamiliar with Gagaku. To encourage the younger audience to engage with this beautiful tradition, entry is free for attendees aged 25 and under, although a ticket is still required.
