Peter Piper Pizza Spreads Love with Heart-Shaped Pizzas
For the third consecutive year, Peter Piper Pizza is delighting its fans with the return of its iconic heart-shaped pizza, a treat that has become a yearly tradition. This year, the beloved heart-shaped pizza will be available until March 1, and for every pizza sold, $1 will go to the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals to support local children's hospitals across select states.
This special pizza is a large pepperoni pie made from fresh, hand-tossed dough, perfect for celebrating love and friendship among family and friends. The campaign is not only about enjoying a delicious meal but also highlighting Peter Piper Pizza's commitment to supporting community health.
Introducing something new this year, specifically in Arizona, is the Sweetheart Special. This limited-time offer features the heart-shaped pepperoni pizza along with a regular-sized dessert option – either an OREO® Crunch or a Cinnamon Crunch – for just $22.99. Similar to the heart-shaped pizza, every Sweetheart Special purchase will contribute $1 to the Children's Miracle Network. This effort is aimed at continuing to grow the campaign's impact, following a significant success last year that raised over $27,000.
Genaro Perez, the Chief Marketing Officer at Peter Piper Pizza, noted,
“This campaign has become a very special tradition for us and our guests.” It’s evident that the initiative is more than just a special item on the menu; it is a chance for customers to participate in a cause that directly benefits children in need. The funds collected will go toward the Greatest Needs fund, allowing hospitals to allocate resources where they are most required.
The hospitals benefitting from this initiative span across numerous cities in Arizona, California, New Mexico, and Texas. For instance, families in Santa Fe can support the UNM Children's Hospital, while Arlington patrons will contribute to Cook Children's Medical Center. Other institutions include Driscoll Children's Hospital, Children's Health in Dallas, El Paso Children's Hospital, and many more across the involved regions.
Julie Breckenkamp, Vice President of Corporate Partnerships for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, commented,
“This campaign quickly became one of the most special moments in our year, showing how a local tradition can make a real impact in children's lives.” The partnership with Peter Piper Pizza highlights the importance of community support in enhancing pediatric healthcare. Every dollar raised helps ensure that local hospitals can provide essential care and innovative treatments for children.
Available at participating locations, customers can enjoy heart-shaped pizzas for dine-in, takeout, and delivery. This initiative creates a wonderful opportunity for families to come together over a meal while supporting a vital cause.
