Tempus Realty Partners, a prominent real estate investment firm based in Arkansas, has recently made headlines with its significant acquisitions totaling approximately $42.1 million. The two properties acquired span over five buildings and cover a total area of 336,242 square feet, situated on approximately 22.5 acres located in North Little Rock and Fayetteville, Arkansas. These acquisitions are particularly noteworthy as they include the corporate headquarters of Onterris, Inc., a publicly traded provider of environmental solutions. Onterris is currently fully leased under a long-term triple-net (NNN) lease, which will continue until December 2045. Additionally, the Fayetteville property serves as the headquarters campus for Kimbel Mechanical Systems, a national mechanical contractor, also fully leased with a long-term NNN lease extending through June 2038. Both properties include built-in annual rent escalations, providing a stable and growing income stream for the fund.

Clay Ramey, a partner in capital markets at Tempus Realty, expressed enthusiasm about these acquisitions, noting that they signal a meaningful advancement for the Tempus Evergreen Fund and its investors. With these new additions, the fund's portfolio expands from 17 to 22 properties, elevating the net operating income to an impressive $22.8 million and extending the weighted average lease term to over 12 years. The value of the fund has now exceeded $330 million.
