Donation Methods

J:COM has introduced various easy-to-use methods for making contributions:

1. Donation On-Demand

Utilizing the technology of their video streaming service, J:COM STREAM, J:COM customers can donate by simple remote control operations. Those who subscribe to J:COM's television service can select donation amounts ranging from 1,000 to 10,000 yen. The donation will be billed along with their monthly payments.

2. Online Donation via Website

For individuals not subscribed to J:COM’s television services, donations can be made online through Kongurant, an internet-based payment system. Customers can choose from donation amounts between 500 and 10,000 yen.

Note: The entire amount collected from donations will be matched by J:COM and donated to the Japanese Red Cross, who will facilitate the delivery of the funds directly to those affected.

3. Donation Process via J:COM STREAM

To make a donation through J:COM's on-demand service, navigate to the top screen of J:COM STREAM, select “Hobby (Free) - Donations,” then choose “Donations.” From there, select the donation amount for the Chiba Heavy Rain Disaster Fund and press “Rent” to view the corresponding program.
