This seminar will examine two crucial perspectives: the utilization of skill assessment and the application of generative AI in the training of new engineers. We will delve into issues such as the inadequate reflection on training outcomes, the importance of skill assessment, and the role of generative AI in reinforcing foundational skills necessary for new graduates.
Moreover, the discussion will also touch upon the critical points for redesigning training programs for the upcoming fiscal year, aiming to cultivate engineers capable of demonstrating tangible results in their operational environments post onboarding.

Our aim is to move beyond traditional training practices and offer actionable tips to enhance the training experience.

Speaker Profile

Takuto Ninomiya
Training Planner and Coordinator, ACADEMY Group, TECH PLAY Company
After graduating from graduate school, Takuto Ninomiya began his career at a consulting firm where he focused on business development and human resources and organizational development support. He has worked on projects related to healthcare and technology, HR data analysis, and digital talent development.
Currently, he is responsible for the planning and management of DX and TECH training at TECH PLAY Academy. His work emphasizes facilitating the transfer of learning (ensuring that skills learned in training are effectively applied in the workplace) by focusing on curriculum design, creating conducive learning environments, and follow-ups before and after training sessions.
