Over the years, Talar has amassed a wealth of experience in various legal roles. She has worked as a receptionist and file clerk in family law, served as a paralegal supervisor at a trial law firm, and is currently a Senior Litigation Paralegal at Altair Law, LLP.

In addition to her practical experience in law, Talar is also passionate about education. For over 11 years, she has been imparting her knowledge as an adjunct instructor in the paralegal program at Pasadena City College, where she has played a crucial role in shaping the next generation of paralegals.

Talar's impact does not stop at legal support; she is deeply engaged with her community, particularly the Armenian community. She serves on multiple executive boards, including the Armenian Youth Federation and the Armenian National Committee of America, in the Western Region.
