This treat is crafted with a combination of strawberry paste and freeze-dried strawberries. The adorable bear, affectionately named “Nounours,” holds a bouquet, making it a perfect messenger of gratitude. The moist texture and gentle sweetness of strawberries make this confection a visible and palatable delight. Priced at ¥432 (including tax), it will be available until May 10 (Sunday).

Religieuse


Adding to the charm is the Religieuse, a double cream puff covered in raspberry glaze. Delicately filled with smooth pastry cream and berry confit, this sweet treat balances sweetness with a hint of tartness. The top decoration, reminiscent of a carnation, gives it an elegant flair, making it an impeccable choice for Mother's Day celebrations.
