The Exciting Kickoff of MyNavi HIGH SCHOOL DANCE COMPETITION 2026
The MyNavi HIGH SCHOOL DANCE COMPETITION (HSDC) 2026, an event dedicated to high school dance teams across Japan, is now officially underway! Organized by Anomaly Inc., headquartered in Shibuya, Tokyo, this competitive platform aims to crown the best high school dance group nationwide. The first qualifying round took place on November 9, 2025, at the Seiwa Industrial Nijiiro Hall in Saitama, marking the beginning of an exhilarating journey leading to the grand final in April 2026.
Dance teams from various regions, including Tohoku, Kanto, Chubu, Kansai, and Kyushu, will engage in ten qualifying events throughout the season. The top-performing schools from these rounds will earn the opportunity to showcase their skills at the final competition scheduled for April 2026, making it an intense and exhilarating experience for all involved.

Meet the Judges
Each event features a distinguished panel of judges, bringing experience and expertise from various dance styles:
- - Skill Judge: STP from W.lockin crew/HMS PLUS is a renowned LOCK dancer from Wakayama with an impressive track record in competitions, having reached the finals of the prestigious JAPAN DANCE DELIGHT six times. His style is marked by dynamism, elegance, and a rich blend of locking and soul dance.
- - Creation Judge: RYUJY from V-RAZE is known for his robust presence in the hip-hop community. His unique approach and unparalleled energy set him apart, paving his way in the dance world. He leads the Aqua Dance School and aims to empower his students through hip-hop.
- - Choreography Judge: Cocolo from Gloriosa/C'wole Palace has a background in jazz dance and has received numerous awards in various contests. This season, she has become the director and choreographer of C'wole Palace, gaining increased attention for her innovative styles.
- - Visual Judge: YO-KO from La La/Flossy.B actively participates as a dancer while also contributing as a choreographer, back dancer, and creator across multiple mediums, including commercials and TV shows. Having trained with dancers from NY and LA, she continues to foster talent in Osaka.

About MyNavi HSDC 2026
This nationwide dance contest is open to all high school students and equivalent educational institutions. Launched in 2015, this competition marks its eleventh edition this year. The preliminaries will be conducted across five regions: Kanto, Kansai, Tohoku, Chubu, and Kyushu. Schools that perform well in these qualifying rounds will advance to the final competition, which promises to celebrate the hard work and dedication high school dance teams put into their craft. New for this season, three additional qualification slots have been added, increasing the opportunities for teams to earn points that lead to a final challenge to determine the competitors for the finals.
