The Ogimachi Cinema, a mini-theater located in the Ogimachi Museum Cube in Osaka, will hold a special retrospective featuring acclaimed director Shunji Iwai from September 11 to 24, 2026. This event is set to showcase six significant films from Iwai's over 30-year career in the film industry, demonstrating his unique aesthetic which has influenced many artists and captivated audiences.
