The legal complaints against Buckle-Down and Heritage Auctions underscore the unauthorized commercial use of Guaraldi's music in social media ads, while GameMill is being accused of replicating the essence of these iconic melodies without seeking rightful permission. Furthermore, the complaint against the Department of the Interior points to the unlicensed use of Guaraldi’s arrangement in digital holiday cards circulated on multiple social media platforms, reiterating that even government entities must adhere to copyright laws.
