Mitsui Bussan Urban Development, headquartered in Minato, Tokyo, announced the commencement of construction for the 'Hiratsuka City Higashi Yahata 4-Chome Logistics Center Plan' in collaboration with Tokyo Tatemono. This significant project officially started in October 2025 and is expected to be completed in March 2027.

The location in Hiratsuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture, has been identified as a crucial gateway, facilitating high-frequency deliveries across the entire Kanagawa area and connecting the Chubu and Kinki regions with the Tokyo metropolitan area. Strategically situated, the site is about 3.3km from the Samukawa South Interchange and roughly 8.7km from the Atsugi South Interchange, providing excellent access to major highways, including National Routes 1 and 129.

- - Vertical Conveyors: 4 units (capacity: 1.5t, suitable for cargo carts)
