The ICQ has been a pivotal forum since its inception in 1969, when it was first held in Tokyo. Initially organized every three years by ASQ, EOQ, and JUSE, this conference has paused since 2014 due to various circumstances. After extensive discussions among the organizing bodies, the decision to resume the conference in Japan has been made, promising a transformative platform for the next era of quality management.
