Heritage Environmental Services (HES), a part of the EQT Infrastructure portfolio, is excited to announce that James (Shelby) Marlow has officially joined the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as of February 18, 2025. Marlow comes to HES from EIS (Audax), where he excelled as CFO of North America's leading distributor of process materials, catering to maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO), as well as original equipment manufacturers (OEM). His significant experience includes overseeing financial operations that directly contributed to substantial earnings growth and the establishment of several successful acquisitions, showcasing his capabilities in financial strategy development and management.

Prior to his tenure at EIS, Marlow held the position of CFO at Reliable Parts. There, he streamlined financial operations, improved supply chain efficiency, and enhanced profitability, affirming his expertise in maximizing operational outcomes. At Easy Gardener Products, Marlow also professionalized the finance and accounting functions, contributing to the successful sale of the business to Centre Lane Partners. His career trajectory further includes key leadership roles at National Envelope, where he managed complex financial restructurings.
