Bell System 24 Holdings, based in Minato-ku, Tokyo, has received the distinguished title of "Sports Encouragement Company" for three consecutive years from the Japan Sports Agency. This recognition underscores the company's proactive approach to promoting sports activities to enhance employee health.

This system is designed to foster a culture of sports within companies, thereby increasing the social momentum towards sports involvement. As part of this consortium, the Japan Sports Agency awards companies that actively work to facilitate sports activities benefiting their employees.

1. Company-wide Walking Event: "Winter Alfest"
From January 30 to February 12, 2025, the company organized a nationwide walking event titled "Winter Alfest" utilizing an application. The event saw participation from 248 employees who aimed for an average of 8,000 steps per day. This initiative not only promoted individual health habits but also enhanced communication in the workplace.
2. Participation in "BOOST Running Festa at Ajinomoto Stadium"
On September 21, 2025, Bell System 24 took part in the "BOOST Running Festa" organized by Boost Co., Ltd., where employees had the opportunity to participate in family marathons as well as corporate relay races. This event brought together 19 employees and their families, encouraging physical activity across departments.
