Notably, she has served as the Portfolio Management Director for the Emergency Management and Response (EMR) Office and as the Program Director for the Advancing Resilience in Communities (ARC) Joint Venture. Her commitment to fostering growth is further evidenced by her role as an instructor for Michael Baker’s Learning and Development programs since 2015, as well as acting as a mentor within the company to nurture emerging talent.
With an academic foundation grounded in engineering and business, Ms. Andrews holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University. This education complements her extensive practical experience, equipping her with the skills necessary to lead complex water-related projects effectively.
