Dive into the 'Cool Action' Event in Machida City!

This summer, Machida City is set to come alive with the exciting collaboration event 'Cool Action', held at the beautiful Yaku Shikei Park Shikisai no Mori. From August 15 to September 2, 2026, visitors can enjoy a variety of refreshing activities while collecting stamps throughout the park.

Event Overview

• - Event Name: Cool Action
• - Duration: August 15 (Saturday) to September 2 (Wednesday)
• - Location: West Garden of Yaku Shikei Park Shikisai no Mori, including the Yaku Pond.

Throughout this period, guests can participate in a unique Stamp Rally where they can gather stamps from various cool spots around the park. By collecting all the stamps, participants will receive an original cool towel as a reward. Here's how to join in:

How to Participate:

1. Pick up your stamp rally sheet at the West Garden Information Center.
2. Explore five designated 'cool spots' within the park and collect your stamps.
3. Return to the West Garden Information Center for your prize!

Prize: Original cool towel (limited supply available).

The participation in the stamp rally is free of charge, making it a perfect summer activity for families and friends.

Special Lottery Event

On August 30th, a special lottery event will take place from 9 AM to 3 PM in front of the West Garden Information Center. For those who complete the stamp rally, there’s a chance to win fabulous Zelvia merchandise and prizes!

• - This lottery is first-come, first-served, and participants need to have the special rally sheet designed for this date to be eligible. Once prizes run out, the lottery will end.

Refreshing Activities

Alongside the stamp rally, several exciting cool activities will be available:

1. Sunflower Mist

Experience refreshing mist spraying from art pieces designed as sunflowers at the Yaku Pond lawn area.

2. Water Gun Shooting Game

Join in the fun with a delightful water gun shooting game on August 30!

Simultaneously, at the West Garden, there will be a free water fun activity called the 'Small Water Play Area' allowing children to splash in the sprinklers.

• - When: Every Sunday in August from 9 AM to 11 AM
• - Where: West Garden Lawn.

On the final day of 'Cool Action', September 2, don’t miss the exciting home game of FC Machida Zelvia at Machida GION Stadium against Kawasaki Frontale at 7 PM. Prior to the match, make a stop at Yaku Shikei Park Shikisai no Mori to enjoy the summer activities!
