Raytron OEM Unveils Advanced Infrared Imaging Solutions at VISION 2026 Exhibition
Stuttgart, Germany – October 13, 2026
At the recent VISION 2026 trade fair held from October 6 to 8 in Stuttgart, Raytron OEM presented its latest innovations in infrared imaging technology. This included short-wave infrared (SWIR) cameras and long-wave infrared (LWIR) imaging modules, aimed at enhancing industrial automation and machine vision capabilities. The presentations showcased practical infrared components designed to assist local manufacturers and integrators in optimizing their automation systems.
One of the standout demonstrations involved the SWIR camera model
NS-615AS-10GE, featuring a resolution of 640 x 512 pixels and utilizing a
10GigE interface to capture images at a full-frame rate of up to
825 fps. This camera targets applications such as semiconductor inspections and material sorting. Alongside this model were the NS-615A-GE area-scan SWIR camera and the NS-101L2 linear-scan SWIR camera, each equipped with various acquisition formats and interface options to cater to diverse automated vision systems in local industries.
For clients looking to integrate thermal imaging into their products, Raytron showcased the
SE5 1280 thermal imaging module, which boasts a high resolution of
1280 x 1024 pixels, a compact design, and multiple digital interfaces. Complementing this module, the
WN2T series temperature measurement modules provide non-contact temperature measurements, compact dimensions, and energy-efficient operations. These solutions offer OEM developers reliable means to embed thermal imaging and temperature analysis functions into their industrial inspection and monitoring equipment.
During the event, Mr.
Fushuai Liu, the Head of Europe and Americas at Raytron, delivered a presentation titled “How Infrared Perception Shapes Industrial Vision in Europe” during the
Industrial VISION Days. His talk referenced Raytron’s white paper on “Thermal Safety of Lithium-Ion Batteries for Electric Vehicles” and addressed critical topics regarding battery safety, process quality, and traceability in line with European battery regulations. Liu outlined a three-tier thermal vision framework consisting of thermal imaging hardware, data analysis and management, along with integration with existing factory control and safety systems.
Real-world applications discussed included the
TN460U high-temperature thermal camera, designed for battery safety testing, and inline thermal cameras TN430/TN460 used for monitoring temperature in injection molding molds. This comprehensive approach facilitates continuous monitoring, a multi-level alert system, and thermal data traceability throughout the phases of battery production, testing, and storage. Such measures enable European manufacturers to swiftly identify potential issues and enhance site safety management practices.
Through product demonstrations and technical exchanges, Raytron OEM reasserted its commitment to bolstering European industrial automation with infrared solutions tailored to local inspection and surveillance needs. With advancements in infrared technology paving the way for improved manufacturing processes, Raytron stands at the forefront, ready to support the future of industrial automation in Europe.
