Born in 1994, Takushi is a graduate of the University of Tokyo's Faculty of Economics. He achieved a two-time consecutive victory in the prestigious "Kōkōsei Quiz" and founded the intellectual entertainment group QuizKnock in 2016. The organization has surpassed 2.5 million YouTube subscribers. He launched QuizKnock Co., Ltd. in 2019, taking up the role of CEO. Izawa is an active participant in numerous television programs and runs the project "QK GO," visiting schools across Japan to promote inquiry-based learning.

  • - Masashi Tamura:
Born in 1992, Masashi has his PhD from the University of Tokyo's Graduate School of Comprehensive Cultural Studies. He is a researcher in philosophy and works at baton, focusing on new business development. In addition to his work with baton, he is committed to speaking engagements and writing, sharing his knowledge on deeper learning through platforms like the QuizKnock YouTube channel and the "QurioStore", which promotes curiosity in daily life.

  • - Yuki Minei:
Born in 1991, Yuki is the CEO of Loohcs and a senior advisor for baton. He operates a unique preparatory school, specializing in inquiry and project learning, producing over 100 successful students annually for top universities like the University of Tokyo and Keio University. His lifelong work involves the research and development of experimental education models and materials.
