In this role, she pioneered global compliance teams and established a center of excellence in India, significantly enhancing Sarbanes-Oxley and risk management audit processes.
Her career trajectory includes significant roles at prominent companies such as Astellas Pharmaceuticals, Takeda Pharmaceuticals USA, and KPMG in South Africa. Shana's academic credentials are equally impressive: she earned her Master of Science in Legal Studies from Cornell Law School and holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Rhodes University, South Africa. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
