Embracing the Modern Turbulence: Daya's Process Work Course Launch
In an era where everyone faces emotional fluctuations and complexities in relationships, Be Now Inc., based in Mitaka, Tokyo, is proud to announce the release of the "Daya’s Basic Process Work Course for Daily Use" video sessions. This transformative educational series aims to provide perspectives and practices to tackle daily emotional challenges and communication difficulties through the lens of Process Work.
Process Work, developed by Arnold Mindell, is a comprehensive approach that analyzes the unseen dynamics (processes) in human interactions, spanning from personal introspection to community and societal conflicts. Traditionally known for its conflict resolution capabilities, it's increasingly recognized in various fields, including organizational transformation and leadership training. Professionals from diverse sectors have begun incorporating it into their repertoire for enhancing their practice.
Daya, the instructor of this course, has been active in delivering lectures on practical applications of Process Work in everyday life for the past 13 years and believes that it holds significant value in addressing the various conflicts people face in daily settings. In light of the chaotic times following the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake, this course was established in 2012, and since then, over 500 individuals have participated, with many continuing to deepen their understanding. The course has also expanded its reach—now available online and in various locations across Japan, including Hokkaido, Kyoto, Osaka, Kobe, Hiroshima, and Okinawa, as well as internationally in the United States, Switzerland, and Australia.
The video sessions are structured for easy access and accommodate repetitive learning. Each of the 13 sessions lasts between 20 to 40 minutes, collectively amounting to approximately 6 hours and 40 minutes of content, specifically designed for self-awareness and personal growth.

Daya's multicultural background, having grown up abroad, enriches this program. She has firsthand experience in managing dialogues in high-tension scenarios such as those involving Israel, Palestine, Poland, and Ukraine, and actively participates in global dialogue events like Worldwork. This unique perspective assists in translating complex intercultural dynamics into practical tools applicable in everyday scenarios.
Amidst societal divisions, conflicting values, and the rapid changes brought on by technology, individuals are often required to confront "turbulence" in their lives. Through this course, we hope that Process Work will transcend its role as merely a tool for professionals, emerging as a practical wisdom resource for navigating our daily existence in these challenging times.
