As we move into December, ALL DIFFERENT Co., a pioneer in organizational development and human resource training, is thrilled to announce the commencement of its recruitment briefings for students graduating in 2027. Founded in 2019 as a spin-off from the Deloitte Tohmatsu Group, ALL DIFFERENT has successfully supported over 20,000 companies and 4.5 million individuals in realizing their organizational potential.

In light of this, our recruitment theme for the 2027 graduates is “All realize, ALL DIFFERENT – For the power of individuals and organizations, to realize all possibilities.” This phrase emphasizes collective realization; we hope students will discover and maximize their potential through our selection process. The recruitment briefing will be structured in two parts. The first part features insights from our recruitment officer, who will share our core values and the unique characteristics that set us apart from the competition. This overview will highlight our mission and values and provide a snapshot of our distinct “core values” that cannot be replicated by other companies.

In the second part, participants will have the opportunity to engage in a dynamic Q&A session with past employees, who will share their experiences working with us. This interactive format allows students to gain firsthand insights into the rewarding aspects of their roles, along with our core values of collaboration, learning from each other, and supporting one another as an organization.

  • - Start Date: Regular sessions begin in December 2025. Specific schedules will be shared upon application.
  • - Location: Online via Zoom.
