Registration Now Open for the 2025 ACB Conference and Convention in Dallas

ACB Opens Registration for the 2025 Conference and Convention

The American Council of the Blind (ACB) has officially opened registration for its highly anticipated 2025 Conference and Convention, which is set to take place from June 23 to July 11, with the in-person segment happening at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Dallas, Texas from July 4 to July 11.

This year’s theme, "Big Dreams, Bold Ideas," embodies ACB's ongoing commitment to fostering innovation, inclusion, and a sense of community. Attendees can look forward to a rich agenda packed with motivational keynote speakers, interactive breakout sessions, guided tours, and a lively exhibit hall. Most importantly, this convention provides an invaluable opportunity for networking and engaging with peers from all across the nation.

ACB Executive Director Scott Thornhill notes, "The ACB Conference and Convention is not just an event; it’s a nurturing ground where ideas are exchanged, voices are uplifted, and lasting relationships are formed. We invite everyone to think ambitiously and connect boldly as we collaborate to shape a brighter future together."

The registration process is accessible to both ACB members and non-members. Those who are not currently members of ACB can join for a nominal fee of $10, which provides a $5 discount on the convention registration. To accommodate everyone’s needs, registration remains open until June 17, and early registration is highly recommended to ensure participation in the full range of activities offered during the convention.

The success of the 2025 Conference and Convention is largely thanks to the generous support of sponsors. Their contributions play a significant role in creating an engaging and meaningful event that underscores a collective dedication to promoting opportunities and equality for individuals who are blind or have low vision.
