At the 2025 Los Angeles Auto Show, Revology Cars, the world leader in the restoration of classic Mustangs, has revealed an upgraded version of the legendary 1969 Boss 429. This modern interpretation of an iconic muscle car combines classic aesthetics with contemporary technology, aiming to deliver not just performance but an experience that's enjoyable and reliable.

Tom Scarpello, founder and CEO of Revology Cars, highlighted that the Revology Boss 429 is not a mere replica, but a reimagining that utilizes current engineering advancements and manufacturing techniques. This ensures that the vehicle is as much fun to drive as it is to admire.

The body of the new Boss 429 is a completely new design, crafted using automated spot welding, welded joints, and thermosetting structural adhesives to achieve a robust structure. This enhanced rigidity leads to improved ride quality, handling, and overall refinement.

Under the hood, the Boss 429 boasts a powerful Ford 5.0L Ti-VCT V8 engine with an impressive 710 horsepower, paired with either a six-speed manual or a ten-speed automatic transmission. The chassis features a double-wishbone front suspension with an aluminum subframe and a three-link rear suspension with a Panhard bar. Add in rack and pinion power steering, four-wheel disc brakes, and adjustable springs and dampers, and you have a vehicle that not only looks great but drives exceptionally well.

Inside, the Revology Boss 429 exhibits a level of craftsmanship and ergonomics that elevates the driving experience. High-quality materials and finishes throughout the cabin create a luxurious atmosphere that complements the car's performance.

The prototype is beautifully finished in a vibrant Lava Orange—a Porsche color chosen by Revology’s Vice President of Marketing, Sales, and Service, Yoshi Amano. Amano, originally from Japan, explained that this color symbolizes courage, happiness, and good fortune in her culture. She expressed that the energy and spirit of the color perfectly reflect Revology's mission of reviving classic cars.

So far, Revology Cars has delivered 324 vehicles to customers in the U.S. and nineteen other countries. Notably, 47 customers have bought two or more Revology cars, showcasing exceptional loyalty. This trend extends to the Boss 429, with current Revology owners able to place orders before the public announcement. They have already reserved over half of the production capacity of 50 units for the upcoming year.

The sophistication found in this Boss 429 marks the beginning of a new chapter for Revology Cars and signals a revolution in the luxury car market.
