Mogi Masahiro serves as a school administrator at a public integrated school, bringing 21 years of teaching experience, spanning every grade level from 1 to 6. He previously worked in public relations for three years before obtaining a teaching license through correspondence. His commitment to professional development led him to pursue a graduate degree in education, which he completed on his own initiative in 2021. Along with his administrative role, he actively conducts workshops as a Pep Talk presenter and serves as a trainer in unconscious bias awareness. Furthermore, he passionately dedicates himself to parenting his three sons, with two participating in 'Shima Ryugaku' for their education, showcasing his hands-on involvement in their learning journeys.
