A Hands-On Experience Awaiting You

The upcoming workshop is aimed at bringing the traditional artisan skills of gemstone processing closer to participants. As you engage in this immersive experience, you'll have the opportunity to select raw stones and envision the final product while learning the nuances of polishing them to perfection. Led by skilled traditional craftsmen who are also responsible for the creation of bororo’s stunning jewelry, each session will offer participants the chance to deepen their understanding of gemology and the art of jewelry-making.

Workshop Menu

To cater to diverse interests, bororo has curated two unique programs:
1. Necklace Creation
Choose your preferred raw stone and craft it into a pendant of your choice. Each finished piece will be complemented with a silk cord made in Kyoto, allowing you to create a one-of-a-kind necklace that showcases the natural beauty of the stone.

2. Incense Holder Creation
Select a crystal from a variety of options and polish it into an artful incense holder. Participants will receive a brass plate that can also double as a jewelry tray. This segment highlights the artisanship involved in polishing crystals, turning them into functional works of art.
